  2. Product Condition: The item intended for return or exchange must be unused, unwashed, and unironed.
  3. Tag and Receipt Requirements: Ensure that all tags are intact, untorn, and not ripped off. Additionally, provide the original receipt when making a refund or exchange request.
  4. Request Submission: Customers are required to submit a formal refund or exchange request through our designated WhatsApp numbers.
  5. Return Shipment: When initiating a refund or exchange request, customers are responsible for sending back the item via courier, with the courier cost borne by the customer.
  6. Detailed Examination: Upon receiving the returned item, a thorough examination will be conducted to ensure it is in the same condition as when delivered. If any damage is detected, the return or exchange process will be halted, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  7. Transit Damage Disclaimer: Kidzaad will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
